FREE SHIPPING TO SPAIN ON ORDERS OVER €120 (Only Europe - Except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

1. Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €5 aprox. Estimated delivery time: 24h.-72h. Place orders before 2:00 p.m. the previous day.
2. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €30. Estimated delivery time 15 days.
3. United States: €20. Estimated delivery time 3-7 days.
4. Central America and Latin America: €25. Estimated delivery time 3-15 days.
5. Europe: €15. Estimated delivery time 4-7 days.
6. Europe NON-EU: €20. Estimated delivery time 3-12 days.

Return of orders after delivery - defective products
You will have the right to return the products that have been delivered to you if they are defective or do not comply with your order when you receive them. You can do so within 15 days of finding the defect. This will not affect your legal rights. In case your claim is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Exercise of your right of withdrawal
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return the products that have been delivered within a period of 15 calendar days, without having to offer any reason, as long as you keep the original packaging (box, protectors, labels ...) and the product does not show signs of having been used. Only the amount of the shoe will be refunded.
* MANDATORY IN ALL CASES THAT THE SHOES ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOXES; otherwise, returns will not be accepted, not even due to a product defect.
Returns & Exchanges
To request an exchange or return you must follow the following steps:
- Access with your passwords (username and password) to the "My account" panel.
- Click on the "Order History and Details" tab.
- Select the order and click on "Data".
- Select the product or products you want to return.
- Leave us a comment about the reasons for your return.
- Click "Request a return."
- Once we receive your request, we will contact you and proceed with the return.
- Once accepted, you will return to your account> "Merchandise Returns" and click "Print".
- The downloaded PDF will inform you of the steps to follow.
